About Human Transformation
Human Transformation CIC is a UK-based organisation supporting mental health, resilience, and social connection in communities affected by displacement, stress, and life disruption.
Our work focuses on practical, psychologically-informed approaches that help people cope, adapt, and rebuild a sense of stability and belonging.
In recent years, many communities in the UK have experienced significant change due to migration, social challenges, and ongoing global uncertainty.
These changes often bring not only practical difficulties, but also emotional strain, isolation, and long-term stress – particularly for vulnerable groups.
Approach
Our approach is grounded in psychological insight and trauma-informed principles.
We recognise that stress, uncertainty, and past experiences can affect how people engage, connect, and respond to support.
That is why we focus on creating safe, accessible, and supportive environments where individuals can gradually rebuild confidence, resilience, and a sense of control.
What We Do
Our work supports individuals in improving emotional wellbeing, strengthening resilience, and building supportive connections within their communities. We design and deliver community-based programmes that support:
– Mental health and emotional wellbeing
– Resilience and adaptation
– Social connection and peer support
We have a particular focus on supporting parents and caregivers of children with disabilities, who often experience long-term stress, emotional strain, and limited access to appropriate support.
Our work helps create spaces where they can connect, share experiences, and access meaningful support.
As an organisation founded by Ukrainians in the UK, we actively maintain connections between Ukrainian communities in the UK and Ukraine.
This enables knowledge exchange, mutual support, and the development of initiatives that respond to real and evolving needs.
Partnership
We collaborate with organisations across the UK working in mental health, community development, and social support: Birmingham Mind, AlAafiya, Entraide, RMC, Brama, Master Goal.
Our goal is to contribute to stronger, more resilient communities where people feel supported, connected, and able to move forward.
