UKRAINIAN COMMUNITY MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT
Human Transformation CIC in partnership with Master Goal has successfully completed a unique psychological support program for the Ukrainian community in Birmingham and surrounding areas: Ukrainian Community Mental Health Coaching. The program was funded by the National Lottery Community Fund.
Through this program, more than 200 Ukrainians received free psychological support, with up to six individual sessions per person. We addressed a wide range of issues, including depression, panic attacks, psychosomatic and eating disorders, psychological trauma, suicidal thoughts, and other non-psychiatric conditions.
In addition, we delivered over 15 online and offline group sessions focused on strengthening psychological resilience and providing first psychological aid.
A dedicated team of 20 experienced Ukrainian psychologists, each specializing in various areas of practical psychology, worked together to support and uplift our compatriots during this challenging time.

PSYCHOLOGICAL READINESS FOR DIGITALIZATION
In partnership with TopVizio, we actively study the influence of digitalization on people’s minds and develop recommendations on how to integrate into the digital world successfully while avoiding mental problems.
MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT FOR PARENTS AND CARERS OF CHILDREN WITH DISABILITIES
In this special project, in partnership with DCPHelp, we utilize the transformational potential of mental trauma experienced by parents and carers of children with disabilities. We help them gain new attitudes, resources, opportunities, goals, and new lives.
BRIDGE OF TRANSFORMATION – A GAME FOR REFUGEES AND MIGRANTS
Bridge of Transformation is an interactive psychological game designed to support refugees and migrants on their journey of adaptation, integration, and growth.
The game uses the metaphor of a bridge — a safe passage from the past to the future. Through cards, questions, and guided reflection, participants explore their challenges, inner resources, and new possibilities.
Available in Ukrainian, English, and Russian, the game creates a shared space of trust and dialogue, helping people connect with themselves and others.
Whether played online or offline, Bridge of Transformation offers:
• Gentle self-reflection and emotional support
• A safe way to address trauma, loss, and uncertainty
• Tools to discover resilience, hope, and future vision
This game is not only a path of personal transformation but also a collective journey — step by step across the bridge to a new life.
