Human Transformation CIC was founded in October 2023 and immediately took on the mission of supporting the Ukrainian community in Birmingham and surrounding areas. The organisation continues the legacy of Master Goal Ltd, which had successfully implemented programmes for the social, cultural, and economic integration of Ukrainians for two years.

Since its inception, Human Transformation CIC has specialised in mental health support, integration coaching, and educational seminars.
Our team includes over 20 professional psychologists with advanced degrees, specialised certifications, and extensive practical experience.
Human Transformation CIC is a partner of Birmingham Mind and collaborates closely with them on mental health projects.
We specialise in providing mental health support for refugees, migrants, and parents and carers of children with disabilities — although our work is not limited to these groups. While our projects have an international reach, most are delivered in the UK.

Our focus on psychotrauma provides a variety of tools to facilitate transformational change in our clients’ personalities, helping them reach new levels of wellbeing.

In our practice, we address stress, PTSD, psychological burnout, suicidal behaviour, panic attacks, and other mental health challenges through evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Hypnotherapy, and Gestalt Therapy, as well as innovative methods including Reflective Therapy and Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
