Human Transformation CIC was founded in October 2023 and immediately took up the mantle of supporting the Ukrainian community in Birmingham and surrounding areas, following in the footsteps of Master Goal Ltd, which had successfully implemented programs for the social, cultural, and economic integration of Ukrainians for two years.

From its inception, Human Transformation CIC has specialized in mental health support, integration coaching, and educational seminars. The company is currently actively implementing the Ukrainian Community Mental Health Coaching program with the support of the National Lottery Community Fund.

The program focuses on providing professional mental health support to Ukrainian refugees as they undergo social, cultural, and economic integration into British society. The primary formats of the program include individual coaching sessions, mastermind groups, and webinars.

The program is highly popular within the Ukrainian community and reaches several hundred participants.
The company collaborates with 18 professional psychologists who hold advanced degrees, specialized certifications, and extensive practical experience.

Human Transformation CIC is a partner of Birmingham Mind and collaborates closely with them on mental health projects.

In the near future, Human Transformation CIC plans to expand its range of services to include training in social skills, psychological self-help, personal development, and adaptation.
